Shipping Policy
We currently offer free shipping to Germany, Norway, Sweden, Belgium. Please note that we do not offer any kind of shipping to the countries outside the European Union, which means we reserve a right to deny your order, if your the delivery address is outside the EU. We do not cover any import costs that can be added when your package reaches your country.
For goods in stock, and unless otherwise agreed, within European Union, delivery time for standard delivery is 4-10 business days, calculated from the day we start the shipping, described in the previous sentence. In the rest of the world, delivery time for standard delivery is 5-14 days, counted from the same day as described in the previous sentence.
If the product you've ordered is out of stock or you're requesting a delivery to a remote location, delivery times can take longer.
We reserve the right to ensure that delivery times during intense periods, such as holidays, free shipping, new releases or vacation periods, may be longer than usual. You can find more information about deliveries on the Delivery section on the website.
You will collect packages within the time specified on the notification. The package is to be collected personally with valid identification and notification number, alternatively with the help of a representative. The notification can be by email, mail, text or phone call.
We work with the following shipping partner: FedEX.
We offer full tracking services with all our products.
The customer is responsible for any return shipments (including their costs and damages during the transport or losses of a package) due to cancelled orders, faulty products, exchanged products etc.
NON PICKED UP GOODS
If you fail to collect your order, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs of handling your order and shipment back to the above indicated Return address. This cost will be deducted from your initial payment of the order.
INCORRECT, MISPLACED OR DUPLICATED ORDERS
If an Invis’s customer receives a wrong (and or duplicate) order(s), Invis reserves the right to order all products to be sent back in their original condition. The customer is required to return the product(s) to Invis with no exceptions. Invis is responsible for paying for shipping charges that occur during the return process.
In the event of a product being listed for an incorrect price because of technical error or mistake by personnel of Invis, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will refund the customer payment and inform the customer of the situation.
FORCE MAJEUR
If the Invis fails to comply with its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, the Invis cannot be held responsible for this. Examples of such circumstances may be; war, general labor conflicts, power outages, natural disasters, changed government regulations. Circumstances such as these shall constitute exemptions from damages and other penalties.
Invis will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
COMPLAINTS
Invis is obliged to provide the customer with merchandise with no defects
Invis is liable to the Customer being the consumer if the goods (sold item) has a physical or legal defect,
in accordance with the provisions of art. 556 et seq. Polish Civil Code (warranty for defects).
We deal with complaints under current consumer protection legislation. If your product is defective or misdelivered, please contact us as soon as possible after you discover the error.
